Jayne Gunn
Jayne Gunn is the Recruiting Specialist for Sunbury Transport (www.sunbury.ca) part of the Irving Group of Companies. Jayne's experience and knowledge in recruitment and retention greatly enhances the established Canadian Corporation. She is based out of the Mississauga, Ontario office and is responsible for recruiting initiatives in both southwestern Ontario and Quebec. Jayne has been in the transportation industry most of her working life. Part of her experience comes from an aviation background where she was a cargo company's first female dispatcher.
Jayne is the current President of The Brantford Traffic Club. She is heavily involved with the Ontario Commercial Driver Apprenticeship Program and the Career Path Round Table for Transportation. She is also a contributing editor for Road Today, an award winning trucking magazine.
Jayne’s dedication and professionalism has helped many achieve their goals of becoming successful within transportation. She speaks at various Industry events and is available to companies for information and educational seminars on recruiting and retention initiatives.
